Project Executive (Branding & Marketing)

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Efficiently manage projects on a daily basis and report work activities to the Project Manager.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, harmonious relationships with clients at all levels.
• Creative Collaboration: Understand and actively participate in the creative process.
• Proposal Development: Prepare proposals for marketing campaigns, branding, and design projects.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and effective task execution.
• Multitasking: Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to get things done.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Self-motivation: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Adaptability: Open-minded and willing to find solutions to ever-changing marketing challenges.
• Flexibility: Willingness to assist in ad-hoc projects as needed.
